Our tickets and items are exclusively for attendance to the Dystopia Rising Connecticut event “Year One”. All attending and non-attending ticket funds will pay for the event and fund development and future releases for the Dystopia Rising Live game series.
Because ticket sales covers site and prop costs, pays for team members, and funds future releases we do have to function with a no refunds and no transfer policy. We do this because we are not aiming to generate personal profit, but instead use the funds to pay for investments for the event and for future releases. Once the money comes in, we calculate how much of a budget we have to spend. So the money you provide for tickets is spent or earmarked for costs as soon as it is received.
